Personal Strengths offers the following skill-based training programs with the SDI and Relationship Awareness built right in. These programs are "plug-and-play" and are available for license to Qualified Facilitators.
Relationship Intelligence Managing Conflict and Building Relationships In this program, participants focus on the outcomes of relationships and consider the behavioral choices that are available to them. Participants identify and learn to manage sources of conflict to prevent certain types of conflict and manage all conflict more efficiently. The integration of Relationship Awareness Theory with Emotional Intelligence helps to focus the program on self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.

Working With Conflict Mediation Skills for Leaders & Managers Reduce the cost of conflict by implementing relationship-based approaches for resolving conflict in the workplace. The two-day program, introduces leaders and managers to Relationship Awareness Theory and to the approaches used by mediators when resolving difficult issues. Putting these two practice areas together provides a powerful learning experience resulting in leadership, innovation, and the creation of new solutions.
Interactive learning experiences and role-plays provides participants the opportunity to practice various approaches to resolving workplace issues using real life examples. Project Management The Team Approach This program is based on the combined principles and techniques of project management, organization development, and Relationship Awareness Theory. Successful projects are the result of good time and cost control management, and effective relationships with team members and other key players. Both are achieved by using a team approach in planning, monitoring and conducting the work of projects. Technical project management tools are combined with the interpersonal team processes needed to ensure that the tools actually work.
