Packaged Training Solutions
Personal Strengths also offers a handful of skill-based training programs with the SDI and Relationship Awareness built right in. These programs are "plug-and-play" and are available for license to Qualified Facilitators.

Facilitator Development
In addition to our standard train-the-trainer offerings, we offer other facilitator development options that meet your needs. From coaching by conference call to pairing experienced facilitators with new ones Ð we fit the best method to your need.

Co-Facilitation
This service gets new facilitators up to speed with Relationship Awareness tools quickly. Co-facilitation is available exclusively to qualified or certified facilitators. We will work with you in a real-life situation to help you facilitate your first session or try out a new program. This is a great way to tap into our expertise and build your own skills and confidence.
